Yes. DECG frequently works alongside internal teams and other consultants. The diagnostic process provides an independent operational analysis that helps clarify where workflow improvements should focus, which can be useful for both leadership and the teams responsible for execution.
After the diagnostic, some clients prefer to implement the improvements internally, while others bring in specialized consultants or vendors. In either case, DECG can remain involved in an advisory role if desired.
This may include helping refine the improvement roadmap, updating workflow maps, assisting with the development or revision of standard operating procedures (SOPs), and providing a neutral perspective as implementation decisions are made.
The goal is not to replace the client’s team or existing partners, but to help ensure that operational improvements stay aligned with the original findings and recommendations.
