What happens if the diagnostic finds no major issues?

If the diagnostic concludes that the process is already operating effectively and we cannot recommend meaningful improvements, the client is refunded the consulting fees paid for the engagement.

Our philosophy is simple: if the work does not produce actionable insights or improvements within the agreed scope of work, the client should not have to pay for the project. The purpose of the engagement is to uncover opportunities for operational improvement, and if those opportunities do not exist, we believe that outcome should be acknowledged transparently.

This guarantee applies to consulting engagements defined through a Statement of Work (SOW). It ensures that clients are not taking on risk when asking an independent advisor to examine their operations.

The guarantee does not apply to investigations or diagnostic audits. Those engagements are designed specifically to evaluate how a process currently operates and provide a clear picture of the organization’s workflows. The value of an investigation is the knowledge gained about the process itself, regardless of whether significant issues are discovered.
