PERSPECTIVE ALIGNMENT • SHARED UNDERSTANDING • PRACTICAL ACTION

What changes when your team sees the same situation differently?

Perspective in Practice is an interactive experience designed to help people recognize what they see, understand what others see, and use those differences to make better decisions.

The goal is not to make everyone think the same way.
It is to understand what each perspective can reveal.

Available for teams, company meetings, leadership groups, associations, and events.

The same room. Different realities.

Different perspectives are not the problem. Unseen differences are.

Two people can participate in the same meeting, follow the same workflow, serve the same customer, and walk away with completely different interpretations of what happened. Perspective in Practice makes those differences visible before they quietly turn into assumptions, friction, missed handoffs, or bad decisions.

The framework is simple.

Awareness What do I see?
Understanding What do others see?
Alignment Where do our perspectives overlap?
Action What do we do with what we now understand?

Participants can use the same framework at work, with customers, on teams, and outside the office. Perspective does not clock out at 5:00.

Where perspective meets operations

Sometimes the workflow is clear. The understanding of it is not.

Perspective in Practice is not a workflow diagnostic, but the conversations often reveal where people understand the same work differently. Those gaps can point toward unclear ownership, broken handoffs, duplicated effort, customer experience friction, or tribal knowledge that has quietly become part of the process.

The immediate goal is shared understanding. If an operational issue surfaces along the way, DECG can help determine whether it deserves a closer look.

Perspective in Practice: Roundtable

A different kind of business conversation.

DECG also hosts complimentary Perspective in Practice Roundtables where businesspeople bring real issues to the table and explore them through the perspectives of others.

The Roundtable is not a paid workshop and it is not a networking pitch. It is a developing invitation-based format designed to help participants see a problem from angles they may not have considered on their own.

Roundtable participation is currently complimentary while the format and participant network are being developed.
